Scope
This specification covers packaged, dry, cementitious mortar or concrete materials for rapid repairs to hardened hydraulic-cement concrete pavements and structures.
Materials that contain organic compounds, such as bitumens, epoxy resins, and polymers, as the principal binder are not included.
